Corporate Team Building & Private Events

Food always brings people together, so spend an evening with co-workers outside the office and enjoy an evening of cooking customized for a team building event. With the assistance of our chefs, guests will work together to prepare a delicious, gourmet meal which could be duplicated at their own kitchen or party.

 

The Chef will divide the menu up into teams; each team will be responsible for creating their own segment of the meal with recipes from CHEF JOHN BOGAN RECIPES FROM THE SEASONS OF MY LIFE cook book. The Chef and his staff will float between participants to assist, offer tips and suggestions, and address questions or concerns to make sure that every dish is a success!

Once the meal preparation is completed, our guests will have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the fine dining portion of the event.

Kids Cuisine

Whether your child is interested in becoming a chef or just wants to cook cool food, Kids Cuisine is designed with the

young chef in mind!

 

Open to children between the ages of 4 and 16, this class is exciting and educational for everyone.  Moms and Dads can

drop off the kids and enjoy their own lunch and shopping

date in Lake Geneva.

 

In our Kids Cuisine “Hands-On Class”, kids will be able to learn the importance of proper nutrition while enjoying the freedom to

create a well-balanced meal.

 

After our young chefs are done cooking, we all sit down for a family style lunch where the children will learn and

discuss 12 Basic Table Manners for Kids.  It’s a great way for children to make new friends and explore a new activity in a fun, controlled environment where we don’t mind a mess!

 

Classes will be held on the selected following dates:

Session I:  Tuesday & Wednesday, June 24th/25th

Session II:  Tuesday & Wednesday, July 15th/16th

Session III:  Tuesday & Wednesday, July 29th/30th

Session IV: Tuesday & Wednesday, August 12th/13th

 

This class is presented as a 2-day session

Classes are held each day 11:00 am – 2:00pm

It is Spring - and that means - Bring on the Grilling!

 

Thrill of the Grill 2025

 

Warm weather brings outdoor activities and nothing says

“The great outdoors” ~ like the Thrill of Grilling!

From appetizer to dessert, we'll keep you fired up about grilling!

Start your Thrill of the Grill class with a Sparkling Wine Reception with Parmigiano Popovers while Chef introduces himself and the team, reviews some favorite grilling recipes, demonstrates some basic cuts and reviews important safety techniques before breaking the class into cooking teams.

Then let the "Hands-On" cooking begin, as you learn professional techniques for charring and searing as well as mastering how to keep meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetables

tender, juicy, and flavorful.

 

After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a

gourmet meal that will be sure to make you feel like a true

"King of the Grill".

Nothing is more comforting than the aromas of a great steak, chop, or roast served with classic sauces.

 

Familiar dishes are redefined to include deliciously unexpected presentations.  A great foundation class, this "hands-on" cooking experience is full of deep, rich flavors, and is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

 

Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with Parmigiano Popovers as Chef introduces himself and goes over the evening menu and demonstrates some basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting broken up into teams.

 

Then let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the four-course menu under the guidance your Chef and the staff.

 

After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal that you helped create.

Paris, Napa Valley, Tuscany, our Americana and local Lake Geneva.

Dinner Time, Wine Time takes you cities around the world and offers a menu that is sure to inspire a return trip!

Enjoy a Sparkling Wine Reception with cheese Popovers, as the Chef introduces himself and his staff and reviews the “city themed” menu, and demonstrates a few basic cuts and important safety techniques before getting

broken up into teams.

Then let the "Hands-On" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from each city’s four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and the 

Lake Geneva School of Cooking staff.

After all the cooking is done, everyone will sit down for a fine dining experience with a gourmet meal that you
