Let the "hands-on" cooking begin as you slice, dice, chop, laugh, and dance while each team creates a delicious dish from the four-course menu under the guidance of Chef and staff. When we finish chopping, searing, and grilling, we'll sit down to enjoy our own festive party.

 

Specialty menus may include: N'Awlins Gumbo, Potato Crusted Salmon Fillet, Brennans' Steak Diane au Poivre, Pork Tenderloin with Marchand de Vin Sauce, Commanders Palace Bread Pudding Soufflé or Bananas Foster.
